Wedding FAQ

+ Where Can I Find You Packages/Prices?

All of my wedding packages and pricing can be found by clicking here.

+ Can we customise a package to our exact needs?

Of course. If there's anything that you would like to add to any of my weddings packages you just have to ask. I already offer a few options, but if there is something specific that I don't have listed then let me know.

+ How Do I Book You For My Wedding?

That's easy! You can send me a Wedding Inquiry, E-mail Me, or drop me a message on Facebook Messenger (down in the bottom right of the screen).

If I'm available for your planned date I'll be in touch with some more information.

+ Do you require a deposit?

I do (no pun intended). To secure your date in my calendar I do require a non-refundable deposit of £250. The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to the ceremony.

+ Will there be any travel costs added to the price?

I am happy to travel up to 40 miles (by road) for consultations and the wedding itself. Beyond 40 miles there will be a charge of £0.45 per subsequent mile.

If shooting your wedding requires other travel costs (i.e. flights/hotel) then these costs would also have to be covered on top of the package costs. Any concerns would be raised and discussed up front.

+ How Long Will You Stay At My Wedding?

I will stay for as long as was agreed before the big day, but I can stay as long as you need me to. If on the day you decide that you would like me to cover your wedding for longer then I can do so as long as it doesn't interfere with any other prior arrangements that I have in place (i.e. Travel, Accommodation, Personal Events, etc.)

That being said, I understand sometimes that things don't go quite to plan, so in the case of delays beyond your control, you won't have to worry about me packing up and leaving at the end of my 'shift'.

+ Will I have to Pose?

Short answer, Nope. If posing isn't your thing then you are not alone. My approach is more geared towards natural moments rather than posed images. Even my approach to couples portraits is to do my best to not make them too contrived, instead of trying to gently coax authentic reactions and moments out of my couples.

+ How long after the wedding do I get my images/prints etc?

This can vary slightly throughout the year. As a rule, I aim to try & get the full set of edited images available for you to preview within 14-21 days. This sometimes can increase during the busy summer months, but I will always be transparent and clear if I think there may be a delay.

Prints come after image previews and can take between a couple of days to a week once you have made your selections.

+ How does the photo book/album design process work?

In one of our pre-wedding consultations, I will briefly cover some of the album options (colours, materials, styles, print finishes etc), but no decisions need to be made on any of that until you have gotten your edited images back for review. It's at this point that I will go through the options with you again and you can make your selections on the design of your album.

Once you have selected your images and album preferences I will then put the album together and preview it with yourselves before submitting it for print. The manufacturing process normally takes around 5-7 days (including postage)

+ Can I purchase more than 1 photo album?

Of course. I offer options for full sized duplicates, as well as multiple reduced size duplicates, which make great gifts for parents, grandparents, or members of your bridal party.

+ Can My Family/Friends View The Images? How?

They can indeed. Once you have reviewed the images and are happy you are free to share the link for your private online gallery. The gallery is only accessible with a link and can also be password protected should you wish.

From the gallery, everyone can see the images from your big day and if you allow it, can download some of their favourite images for sharing on social media. They can also purchase any of the images as prints straight from the gallery should they wish to.

+ Are you Insured?

I sure am. I am fully insured for personal liability, professional indemnity, as well as having all my equipment covered too. Let’s hope it’s never needed!

+ Can you recommend a ......?

If you are needing any recommendations for any aspects of your wedding day then please do ask. I am constantly collecting business cards and contact information from other wedding trades that impress me.
