+ Can we customise a package for our needs?
Of course. I offer 4 base packages that can all be added to to meet your needs. I have created an “a la carte” style list of extras, add-ons & upgrades, but if there is something very specific that you are wanting let me know & I’ll see what I can do.
+ I’d like to book you for a certain date, How do I do that?
The best way is to drop me a message to say 'Hi' and let me know when your big day is. Once we’ve confirmed that I’m available we can arrange a time to meet in person so we can get to know each other a little and discuss your photography needs and expectations. Then finally, to secure the date in my calendar I will send you a contract that needs to be signed then scanned/delivered back as well as a non-refundable deposit of £300. The remaining balance is due 1 month before the ceremony.
+ Do you require a deposit to book you, & if so, how much?

+ Will there be any travel costs added to the price?
I am happy to travel up to 40 miles (by road) for consultations and weddings. Beyond 40 miles there will be a charge of £0.45 per subsequent mile. If shooting your wedding requires me to stay in a hotel (ie. Too far and/or risky traffic wise to arrive at a reasonable time) then these costs would also have to be covered. Although, any concerns would be raised and discussed up front. In the case of destination weddings that would require flights, transport, and/or accommodation, these costs would understandably also need to be covered for me to be able to photograph your wedding.
+ How long will you stay my event?
How long I stay at your wedding will depend on which package you book and if you require any additional hours. Each package has a guide to how many hours coverage you will get but you can book me in for an extra hour or 2 if need be to better suit your big days plans. Also, I understand sometimes that things don't go quite to plan, so in the case of delays you don't have to worry about me packing up and leaving, I'll stick around to make sure that the 'job' gets done!
+ I don’t like posing! Do I have to?
Don’t worry, you’re not alone. Of course, you don’t have to. My general style is more journalistic anyway so the vast majority of the images I aim to capture will be the candid natural moments. For the more traditional Bride & Groom portraits, & group shots, I also tend not to ask for the ’standard’ poses. I instead prefer to have you as natural as possible by getting you to interact with each other and/or your guests.
+ How long after my event do I get my images/prints etc?
As a rule, I aim to try & get the full set of edited images available for you to preview within 14-21 days. This can vary slightly in the busy periods, but I will always be transparrent and clear if I think there may be a delay.
+ How does the photo book/album design process work?
If your package includes a photo book/album, or you have decided to purchase one as an add on, I will show you all the different design options availble (colours, materials, styles, print finishes etc) in our first consultation. If you know what you want there and then I will make a note, if not we can revist it at a later date as the options don't need to be finalised until all the images have been edited and you have selected your favourites.
+ How long after my event do I get my photo album?
Once you have given approval on the images and stylings of the photo album I will send the information to the printing lab for production. On average this takes around 7 days but to be safe I always say 14 days to take account of delivery & any unforeseen issues - that very rarely happens, but it’s always good to be prepared!
+ Can I purchase more than 1 photo album?
Of course. I offer several options for full sized, or reduced size duplicates.
+ Can my friends/family purchase prints from our shoot?
Sure they can. Once all the edited images have been uploaded to the online gallery I will provide you with a password for you to share with yout family and friends. Should they wish to purchase prints of any of the images they can do so right there on my website.
+ Are you Insured?
I sure am. I am fully insured for personal liability, proffesional indemnity, as well as having all my equipment covered too. Let’s hope it’s never needed!
+ Can you recommend a ......?
If you are needing any recommendations for any aspects of your wedding please do ask. I collect cards & information all the time from businesses’ that I meet along the way so may have just the fit for you. Musicians, DJ’s, Videographers, florists, cake makers, dressmakers, tailors, catering, bar/drinks suppliers, chauffers, etc
